X. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Brazos Breeze Estates, being a subdivision of 13.32 acres being a part of lots 92, of Garden
Outlots Addition.
2. Discussion and possible action concerning a revised request form David Franklin to breakout 1.401 acres of land, including portions of Baron De Bastrop
Street, from a 3.125 acres tract of land located at 410 Fourth Street, San Felipe, Texas.
3. Discussion and possible action to adopt a Resolution No.R2025-5 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF SAN FELIPE ACCEPTING A DONATION IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) FROM JOHN R. SELMAN AND MAGGIE B. SELMAN CHARITABLE TRUST.
4. Discussion and possible action to set a proposed tax rate for FY 2025 and schedule a public hearing on the proposal.
5. Discussion and possible action to start the process to hire personnel for the streets department.
6. Discussion and possible action to expedite the process for insurance bids concerning health, life and dental for town employees.
